THE USO HAMPTON ROADS -CENTRAL VA, / USA DISCOUNTERS
AND PRODUCED BY WHISPER CONCERTS.

The MCS Concert Series is developed to promote a positive entertaining and recreational concert program
for all Military service members, their families and guest with Community and Corporate participation.
The project provides the opportunity for Public, Corporate participation to honor, celebrate the services, sacrifices
of service members, their family and recognizes their importance to the Hampton Roads / Central Va. Communities.
